I also tried to download the offline installer of VS enterprise 2015 with update 3 on my local, it already reached 20.5GB and still in progress, please see the following screenshot: Is there anyone who knows how much gigabytes I have to do download to finish all of this setup.

VS enterprise with update 3 and select Change-Modify, then check the components that you need and install them.
